Penny Kioussis

Solicitor

Penny joined the team at Watson & Watson in 2004 and brought with her experience gained from working for Sydney based solicitors and working in excess of 10 years in the building and construction industry in particular, residential and commercial construction and developments.

Penny's achievements include attaining from the Sydney Institute an Associate Diploma in Applied Science (Building), a Diploma of Business (Legal Studies) and an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing. In late 2008 Penny graduated with a Bachelor of Law and Certificate of Legal Practice from the University of Technology Sydney and has since utilised her training skills, knowledge and experience to assist Watson & Watson in the very specialised area of Building and Construction and in Property and Conveyancing in particular, client acquisitions of both residential and commercial properties, off the plan sales and purchases and mortgagee in possession sales.

Penny is a keen fitness advocate and staying healthy active and informed as well as spending time with her family, are all important pass times for this hard working, dedicated and approachable member of the Watson & Watson team.
