Mira Liew

Senior Legal Secretary

Mira joined the Watson & Watson team in 2007 as the Senior Legal Secretary. She Majored in Economics and obtained her Bachelor of Arts in the Philippines. Mira also studied at the College of Law in St Leonard’s, NSW, in courses for Legal Assistants.

Previously, Mira has worked with Australian Government Solicitors, Sydney Water, GIO and the Legal Aid Review committees. These previous positions have helped her to build her expertise in Personal Injury claims, Workers Compensation claims, along with Commercial Litigation and Family Law, which are current areas of focus. Calm, Cool and Collected, Mira thrives under pressure, and doesn't get stressed.

She likes to surf the net, read the papers and magazines, and chose the next location for her favorite hobby, travel. Getting overseas and experiencing different cultures is a favorite. Perhaps to learn more about local cooking too, since she is apparently a super cook, especially when it comes to her famous Chinese style cuisine. Don't try to get the special ingredient out of her though, she really won't divulge any trade secrets.
